ACTIVATION
membership option
Our SRG-1 airbag is equipped with In&Motion detection technology. You need to link it to an In&box by subscribing to an In&Motion package, then activate it via the "My In&box" mobile application. Once you've downloaded the application, click on "Create an account" and follow the step-by-step instructions.
You have two options:
The Revolution package, you can rent your In&box by taking out the monthly offer with no commitment for €12 incl. VAT/month, or the annual offer for €120 incl. VAT/year. Your In&box comes with a lifetime guarantee.
The Classic package, you can buy your In&box for €400 inc VAT. You then get a 2-year guarantee on the In&box.
These two packages give you access to a detection mode. You can add one or more modes for €8 incl. VAT/month or €25 incl. VAT/year per additional mode (Revolution package) or €8 incl. VAT/month or €25 incl. VAT/year or €100 incl. VAT for life per additional mode (Classic package).
By purchasing the SRG-1, you can benefit from a number of advantages offered by various partners:
P&V, Vivium.

The SRG-1 is worn close to the body.
With a snug fit, it offers maximum protection while ensuring comfort and freedom of movement.
For a perfect fit, we recommend that you choose a size smaller than your usual size.
In doubt, contact an SRG dealer, who will be able to help you choose the size best suited to your body shape.
Here is the SRG-1 size guide:
Each mode has been designed for a specific use:
- MX mode for Motocross use on closed circuits,
- Adventure mode for Enduro or Trail riding,
- Adventure Race mode for Enduro or Rally competition use.
For Motocross riders at MXGP / MX2 /EMX 250 /EMX 125 level or equivalent, MX PRO mode is available on request.
An ADVENTURE PRO mode is available on request for riders with a RALLY GP or RALLY 2 level.
Choosing the right mode for your riding means ensuring you have the best cover and optimum protection in the event of a crash.
Off-road motorbike crashes are a regular occurrence. So it's important to inflate only when necessary.
In addition to acceleration, deceleration and rider movement, our 5 modes control shocks, vibrations, loss of grip and jumps, while isolating low-speed falls that do not require inflation.
As a reminder, airbag triggering does not depend solely on speed. It takes into account the angle, but also and above all the sequence of events linked to the context of the fall.
Our 5 algorithms were developed with a representative panel of test riders at all levels (World, National, league and leisure), in every discipline (MX, SX, Enduro, Rando and Rally Raid) and engine size (85cc, 125cc, 250cc, 450cc). The acquisition of the data needed to develop the algorithms took more than 2 years and continues on a daily basis thanks to the In&Motion community system.
Wearing the SRG-1 is incompatible with wearing a rigid or flexible cervical protector.
The combination of these 2 items of protection can cause serious injury if the airbag inflates.
The SRG-1 combines several technologies to offer the most comprehensive protection possible.
Firstly, it features passive technology, made up of D3O® components:
- D3O® CP1 L1 CHEST EN1621-3 Level 1 certified chest protection
- A back protector D3O® Spéciale INEMOTION BP L2 Certified EN1621-2 Niv. 2
It also features active technology:
- When the airbag is deployed, it protects the thorax, abdomen, back and cervical.
Once the fall has been detected, the airbag inflates in 30 milliseconds.
The In&box tracks the rider's movements in real time, thanks to its inertial measurement system comprising 3 accelerometers and 3 gyroscopes.
With 1000 analyses per second, it is the algorithm that identifies the fall situation and triggers the inflation of the airbag.
The algorithm's detection time is 30 milliseconds. Combined with an inflation time of 30 milliseconds, the SRG-1 offers you optimum protection in 60 milliseconds - faster than the blink of an eye.
Start by switching In&box on by double-clicking the On/Off button on the front of the box. The box will beep to indicate that it has been switched on, and two red LEDs will light up. Then insert the In&box into the slot provided on the back of the SRG-1. The LEDs will change colour to green, indicating that your SRG-1 is fully operational.
The In&box has a battery life of 30 hours and can be fully charged in 3 hours using a standard 220V USB cable.
For safety reasons, the system has been designed to remain inflated throughout the fall and beyond, to protect the user from the risk of an over-accident, such as an obstacle being struck after the fall.
Although the pressure decreases a few minutes after activation, it is necessary to remove the inflator in order to deflate the airbag completely.
The inflator must always be replaced after inflation. The procedure is completely self-contained.
Visit inemotion.com for the video tutorial.
Visit your SRG dealer to buy a replacement Inflator.
Or online at inemotion.com
The airbag must be replaced after it has been triggered 5 times.
To replace it, take your SRG-1 to your dealer, who will send it back to us. Our maintenance team will carry out the operation and check your waistcoat.
The SRG-1 can be hosed down.
First remove the In&Box, inflator and back protector.
Hold the SRG-1 vertically.
Rinse your airbag product with clear, cold water, keeping a minimum distance of 1 metre if you are using a water jet (garden hose, shower head) and 2 metres if you are using a high-pressure jet.
(For more information, see the user manual or visit inemotion.com)
Worn under a jersey, the SRG-1 can be used in light to moderate rain.
In heavy rain, we recommend using it under a waterproof jacket.
Please note: the In&Box is not designed to be submerged.
The AERO is available from your SHOT RACE GEAR dealer.
Combine the SRG-1 with the AERO waistcoat for maximum protection. This CE EN1621-1 approved protection protects your shoulders and elbows without compromising the comfort, mobility and breathability of the SRG-1.

The deflation ring is a single-use product reserved exclusively for training or competition on approved closed circuits.
This product is designed for riders who want to deflate their airbag quickly, making it easier to get back on the handlebars after a crash.
SRG airbags fitted with the deflation ring comply with the requirements of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) for Category 2 airbags.
If you'd like to add an inflation ring to your SRG-1, you can order one by clicking here.
The SRG range has been developed with the support of the Normandy Region.
